About Me/Them: (Please ask your Pet Kid(s) what they want you to say about them.): Leia is my special kitty. Don't bother calling her Leia, though. She only answers to, "Kitty." If she answers at all that is. Kitty makes me feel really special when she's snuggley because her love is so rarely shown.
Jezebel is such a funny puppy. She loves the squirt bottle. And walks. And the cats. And car rides. And treats. And visitors. And toys. And our Barnes and Noble chair. And my husband and I, of course.
Bomani is a snuggle bug. He loves to love and get pets anytime you'd like to give him. Of course if you DON'T want to give them, he'll nibble your ear to remind you HE wants them.

Was the arrival of your Pet Kid(s) planned or is there a story?: Leia was sort of planned. My husband and I were married less than a week and he missed his cat so much, (who stayed behind with his parents) that we decided to adopt a kitten.
Jezebel was also a planned adoption. Sophie, my previous dog, was getting quite old and I knew I'd want a dog around fro comfort when she passed away.
Bomani was not so planned. We were visiting our local pet rescue and fell in love with another cat, but when we brought in Jezzie to meet him, he hissed at and scratched her. So the people there introduced us to Bomani, (formerly Deeds) and Jezzie kissed his ear and he was just fine with it. Since he was such a nice cat, we adopted him instead.

Likes:: Leia loves attention, looking out the window, and dinnertime
Jezebel loves taking walks, playing, and belly rubs
Bomani loves snuggling, catching bugs, and Liea

Nicknames / And by Whom:: My hubby and I both came up with these.
Leia is always called Kitty. She doesn't really have any other nicknames.
Jezebel is also called Jezzie, Jezz and or course, Puppy
Bomani is also called Bo-bo, Bo-bo Mi-mo and just plain Bo.

My Favorite Treats:: Peanut butter carrot treats made by thier Momma (me)

Favorite Type of Walk:: Any walk is a good walk!

Favorite Ride:: Car ride PetCo!

Favorite Music:: Country, old Rock, Opera, Classical, some Rap and Heavy Metal.

Hey Everyone! I know it's been just ages since I've been online. Sorry I haven't been able to talk to you all. :( (There have been some family things going on that have taken my attention.) Man saves dog (Happy ending, I promise)

I just read this on the ASPCA community.

Years ago, I witnessed a man beating his german shepherd with a thin chain as the dog sat in the back of his pickup truck. It was broad daylight in a busy plaza, and no one made a move to help the dog. I went over to the man, opened the tailgate and took the dog's leash, and led him to my car. At 4:37am on June 14th, 2008, Schnauzer said…: Hey! A lot has happened since we last talked. Pepper is now social and happy, and gets regular trips to the dog park with my boyfriend's dogs! I watched a lot of Cesar Milan and read the book... What a life saver! Mum also finally let me give him a full Schnauzer cut with the ears shaved and everything. He now looks like a real Schnauzer! I'll get pictures of that soon. I worked a job for 2 days at a fish store and that was awful. I wrote about it in my blog. I bought another lionfish and found a male toad who is currently in quarentine and doing well. I'm going to try to transfer to a local university so that I have access to my destressers at home. The case over the ranch got pushed back to June 23, so I should know if I get poor little Rusty in a couple of weeks... now that I know it is definitely possible to have him with Pepper! Now I'm just trying to find another job which is proving nearly impossible, or some other way of making money. I'm still very stressed, but overall I do feel much better being home. What about you?
