Here's Sasha, doing her best to 'exercise' her leg the day after her operation to repair the broken joint, accompanied by our latest addition, Barney. (The T-shirt was supposed to help prevent her licking at the top of the bandage.)

Yes, her tail just never stops. It's so sad to see her limping around again and yet, she's so happy, despite all that's happened to her, poor baby. It will be 4 or 5 weeks before she gets the all clear this time around. Hopefully, next Friday they'll remove the stitches from her operation wound, and then a couple of weeks after that they'll x ray her leg again and we'll know if the joint has healed. Then, a couple more weeks of gentle exercise and she should get the go ahead to resume normal life.
Comment by Kathi on May 28, 2011 at 7:10am It looks like Sasha is doing great!!! That tail is wagging a mile a minute! How long will she be confined? Please give her a big hug for me.
Love to all Kathi
