My dog is dead

My dog, Queen is dead.
My little old boxer was put down by the vet last week. She had cancer. Her hair was falling out, She couldn't control herself going to the bathroom, she was blind and she was 12 years old. I never got to say goodbye because I didn't know the vet was coming that day but she knows I loved her and that I'll miss her. I cried and cried until I realised that it was for her own sake that we did it. The vet said she didn't suffer but that doesn't make it any easier
