wasn't fully planned, I was looking for a puppy while me and my husband are stationed here and Ozzie the Crackhead was the only pet on the flea market page for this area at 7 months. I asked my hubby for him after seeing his picture and i got him then his brother (blood) went up on there and I got him too before he ended up in a pound.
