SugarBear came to live with us four years ago to become my own therapy pet. One year ago we invited TinyTux to join us for the fun of having a companion to romp with. They do get along very well. There is little competition between them, except for who gets mom's lap. Yet even here they are learning to share ...

Likes:

SugarBear Wants to "be in touch." Prefers to be touching some part of my person no matter what I may be doing. He has learned to lay several inches away from my feet and stay alert to movement. :-} He is the less active of the two, but often keeps up with Tux.

TinyTux is half the size of SB. He follows me like a shadow from room to room while SB waits for our return to a specific space. Tux was extremely nervous and frightened of every encounter when he arrived in our home. He was 1 1/2 years at the time. Now he is much calmer and less noisy as he has come to feel secure. He loves to be active -chases anything that will be thrown for him. Jumps four feet straight up when excited, which is with any attention I give him.
