Bently is a little more laid back, but now that Mercedes has joined our family he is loosening up a bit. First he he unbelieveably jealous. He still is, but it's not as bad. Mercedes is the happy go lucky DIVA who cares less about what Bently feels or thinks. She is fiesty, energetic, and very sweet.

Was the arrival of your Pet Kid(s) planned or is there a story?

Yes, there is a story. Mercedes was planned, 2 years ago. However, the breeder's first litter was all boys, the next litter it was 3 boys and one girl and the girl died the next day, so I had to wait again. By this time, I kind of forgotten about getting another pup as a playmate for my Bently. I had become very involved in writing my book and just did not have the time. However, I got a call saying that her litter was 3 boys and one girl again, and the girl is doing just fine. Then i had a big decision to make. Being I already paid for her 2 years prior, and that I wanted a playmate for Bently, I went ahead and brought her home. I'm so glad that I did.

My Favorite Toys:

Mercedes loves her bear and tiger. She also has a tug rope toy that she sleeps with sometimes. Most times she sleeps with her bear.
Bently sleeps with a red bear that he has had for the past 5 years. he loves this stuff animal.
